- Credit is reward money, not cash. It comes off a bill with us, and it is not exchangeable for cash or transferable to anyone else.
- You earn on what you pay. Tips are not included.
- Points become credit at 100 points to £1, about 12 hours after you earn them — so tonight’s spend is credit for your next night, not a discount on tonight.
- Tables booked through one of our partners or promoters earn at half the normal rate. They are already rewarded for bringing you.
- Credit lasts 12 months from the day it lands.
- Your tier is reviewed on a rolling 12 months of spend. Bonuses stack to a maximum of 6% back.
- Refunded spend does not earn, and we may adjust or withdraw credit where a bill is refunded or a booking is cancelled.
- One account per person. We may withdraw membership for misuse.
