What time does the Friday & Saturday Afrobeats club night run?
Doors open 10:30pm and the party goes until 4:00am, with last entry at 1am.
Is there a dress code?
Yes: smart-stylish. Trainers are fine if clean, but strictly no sportswear, hoodies, caps, sliders or man-bags.
Do I need a ticket in advance?
Booking online is strongly recommended — early-release tickets are often free or discounted, and door prices are higher once allocations sell out.
What’s the age & ID policy?
Strictly TWNTY7 is 18+ with physical photo ID. Haus and Cité run Ladies 21+ and Gents 25+ — if you are under the limit you will only get in as part of a group of older guests, at the door team’s discretion.
What music can I expect?
A high-energy mix of Afrobeats, Amapiano, dancehall and hip-hop, amplified by our state-of-the-art sound and lighting.

Where exactly is Haus?
You’ll find us at 27 Broadway, Stratford, London E15 4BQ, right opposite Stratford Shopping Centre.
Is there an outdoor area?
Yes — Haus includes a heated garden terrace for alfresco cocktails, shisha and late-night food until close.
Where is Cité located?
We’re at 5 Minories, Aldgate, London EC3N 1BJ — less than two minutes’ walk from Tower Hill and Aldgate Tube stations, and about seven minutes on foot from Liverpool Street station.
Where is TWNTY7?
27 Broadway, London E15 4BQ — enter through the dedicated TWNTY7 door.
Which nights is TWNTY7 open?
Club opening hours: Thu–Sun, 11:00pm–4:00am every week.

Can I book a table for a large group?
Absolutely. Each venue offers pre-set packages for 4 to 10+ guests; contact us for bespoke options, or book a table online.
What’s the typical music mix at Cococure venues?
The nights vary — expect mostly new Afrobeats hits and classics, with sets for Amapiano, Bashment and Hip-Hop on peak nights.
How late does the music run?
Fridays and Saturdays until 04:00, with occasional 05:00 extensions for Bank Holiday Sunday after-parties.

What’s the average door price for an Afrobeats club in London?
Advance tickets sit at free to £2; expect £20+ on the door for peak Saturdays.
Are dress codes strict?
Yes — most venues specify “smart-stylish”, banning sportswear and sliders. Expect inspection at Cococure & Tunnel Vision.
Can I hear Amapiano at Afrobeats parties?
Absolutely. Most Afrobeats venues play an amapiano set — with a special mention for Jimmy’s guestlist on Fridays at TWNTY7, hosted by some of the Dankie Sounds team.
Which night-tube lines cover Afrobeats venues?
Most Afrobeats venues are located in the South East and North: Central (Stratford), Jubilee (Canning Town & North Greenwich) and Victoria (Highbury & Islington for easy connections).
How is Afrobeat different from Afrobeats?
Afrobeat (singular) is Fela Kuti’s 1970s live-band genre; Afrobeats (plural) refers to today’s digital West-African pop.
Is Afrobeats the same as Amapiano?
No. Amapiano is a South-African house offshoot at 113–120 BPM, but DJs often blend it into Afrobeats sets for rhythmic variety.
Do London clubs play Afrobeats every night?
Only a handful. Cococure’s tri-venue network offers Afrobeats programming Thursday through Sunday; most others host occasional take-overs.
What’s the best night for newcomers?
Fridays at Cococure Cité — free early-bird tickets, a balanced genre mix and a crowd that sings every word.
