I had my birthday at the club and they gave me a free table! This was genuinely such a good birthday, the music, the atmosphere? I loved every second of it. Thank you for making my birthday fun!🥰

Frequently Asked

Do you offer refunds?
Tickets are refundable if the event is cancelled or rescheduled. Otherwise all sales are final. Refunds for cancelled events are processed within 5 working days.
Do I need to bring ID?
Yes — everyone 18+ gets in with photo ID (passport, driving licence or BRP). The advised age is 21+ (ladies 21+, gents 25+ at Haus on Fridays and Saturdays). It is guidance, not a door rule.
What's the dress code?
Smart and stylish. No sportswear, tracksuits, hoodies, caps, manbags, sunglasses, durags, flip-flops, sliders, or backless sandals. Smart trainers are welcome.
Can I book a table for a large group?
Yes. Use the Reserve a Table button to start a group plan. For groups of more than six men, the group must be mixed (men and women).
How do I get my e-ticket?
Your e-ticket is sent to your email within seconds of payment. Bring it on your phone — we scan it at the door.

That was the night.
