These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Cococure website (“Site”), app, and the purchase of tickets or services from STX.NG Ltd (trading as Cococure). By accessing this Site or purchasing tickets, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or make a purchase.


2. Disclaimers

  1. “As-Is” Basis
    Cococure provides the Site and its content “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Site.

  2. No Guarantees
    Cococure disclaims liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any third-party link or content.

  3. Third-Party Conduct
    Cococure is not responsible for acts or omissions of third parties, including venues, performers, promoters, advertisers, or sponsors.

  4. Reporting Misconduct

3. Trademarks

4. Violation of Terms

If Cococure determines that you have violated these Terms, we may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, cancel your ticket order, terminate your account, or restrict your access to the Site. No refund will be due in such circumstances. We may also disclose your information if required by law or subpoena.


5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, STX.NG Ltd (Cococure.com) is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if advised of such potential damages.


6. Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Cococure’s services must be brought exclusively in the courts of London, England.


7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Cococure, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claims, demands, or damages (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, breach of these Terms, or violation of any law or rights of a third party.


8. Purchase Policy

    Cococure (STX.NG Ltd) sells tickets on behalf of promoters, venues, and related parties. We do not set all ticket prices nor decide seating locations.

  2. Fees
    Ticket purchases may be subject to service charges, booking fees, or processing fees that are non-refundable. The total cost will be displayed before you confirm your purchase.

  3. Ticket Limits
    Each event may have a maximum ticket limit per person, card, or household. We reserve the right to cancel orders without notice if you exceed this limit.

  4. Photography & Recording Consent
    By entering our venue, you grant STX.NG Ltd the right to use, reproduce, or distribute any photographs, videos, or other recordings taken on the premises for promotional or any other purpose, without compensation.

  5. Event Cancellations/Rescheduling

    • If an event is canceled, contact us for information on refunds or credits.
    • If an event is rescheduled, the venue or promoter may allow ticket holders entry to the new date, or set refund limitations.
    • In some cases, you must contact us directly for instructions.
  6. Refunds for Event Changes

    • If an event is canceled, we may provide a full or partial refund (face value minus non-refundable fees) or an option for rebooked/rescheduled dates if you cannot attend.
    • If the event experiences a material change, you may be eligible for a refund of the face value; mere use of understudies or minor changes in line-up do not qualify.
  7. Non-Refundable Circumstances

    • Not having a valid government ID, wearing the wrong dress code, arriving after the door has closed, or general misbehavior does not entitle you to a refund.
    • If you purchase a ticket that does not match your eligibility (e.g., a “before 11pm” ticket used after 11pm, or a “ladies only” ticket when you are male), you will be refused entry and no refund will be issued.
  8. Chargebacks

    • Any attempt to seek a chargeback or reverse a payment without contacting Cococure first to resolve may result in immediate and permanent termination of your account and possible legal action for fraudulent activity.

9. Ticket Terms & Conditions

  1. Venue & Promoter Rules
    Your ticket is subject to the rules of the venue, event organizer, and promoter.

  2. Check Your Tickets
    Prices and details are accurate at the time of purchase, but errors may occur. We will contact you if an error is discovered. If we cannot reach you, we may treat the order as canceled and issue a refund or alternative, as applicable.

  3. Admission & Behavior
    The venue reserves the right to refuse entry for any breach of its policies (including dress code, age limits, etc.) or if a security search is refused.

  4. Late Entry
    Admission for latecomers will be at the venue’s discretion and may not be guaranteed.

  5. No Resale
    Unlawful resale of tickets is prohibited and may result in seizure or cancellation without refund.

  6. Lost or Stolen Tickets
    The management is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.

  7. Program Changes
    The venue/promoter has the right to alter or vary the program without obligation to refund or exchange tickets.

  8. Recording
    Unapproved use of video or audio recording equipment is prohibited. Ticket holders consent to being filmed or recorded for broadcast or promotional purposes.

  9. No Pass-Outs
    There may be no re-admissions if you leave the venue during an event.

  10. Rescheduled Events
    If a performance is rescheduled and you cannot attend the new date, you will be offered a refund (face value minus any non-refundable fees).


10. Booking Mistakes & Store Credit

  1. Wrong Ticket Purchases
    If you mistakenly purchase a ticket that is ineligible for your use (e.g., wrong timing, gender-specific ticket), we do not provide direct refunds. At our sole discretion, we may offer store credit for future Cococure events, provided you contact us within 24 hours of the purchase or before the event starts, whichever is sooner.

  2. Store Credit Terms

    • Store credit will be applied to your Cococure account and must be used within one year (unless otherwise stated).
    • No cash refunds or transfers of credit are permitted.
    • Non-refundable fees (e.g., processing charges) will be deducted from the credit, unless required by law.

11. Paying Refunds

  1. Method of Refund
    Any refunds (where eligible) will be processed using the original payment method you used at checkout.

  2. Acceptance of Refund or Credit
    If you receive a credit or refund and do not reject it in writing within 30 days, you agree it is in full and final settlement of any claims you may have relating to that ticket or purchase.


12. Violent Behaviour Policy

  1. Zero Tolerance
    We operate a zero-tolerance policy toward violence. Anyone exhibiting violent behavior will be ejected, the police may be called, and you may face criminal penalties.

  2. Costs & Fines

    • You may be required to pay £1,500 (reduced to £750 if paid within 30 days) to cover initial damages or disruption.
    • If a licensing authority review or venue closure results from your violence, you may incur an additional £7,500.
  3. Shared Information
    Your personal details may be shared with other venues, likely leading to your being barred from multiple locations.


13. Your Legal Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your statutory rights under English law. However, note that tickets for leisure or time-specific events are generally exempt from certain consumer cancellation rights, meaning you may not have an automatic right to cancel or refund once purchased.


14. Final Provisions

  1. Entire Agreement
    These Terms, along with any additional policies referenced (Privacy Policy, etc.), constitute the entire agreement between you and Cococure regarding your use of the Site and ticket purchases.

  2. Severability
    If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect.

  3. No Waiver
    Failure by Cococure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
