How we pick the winner
Every entry gets points when the round closes (Monday 8pm). Highest genuine score wins.

Example: 400 likes + 60 people commenting + 30 shares = 400 + 180 + 150 = 730 points. If you post the same video on TikTok and Instagram, your higher-scoring post counts. We check the top entries by hand before we announce, and Instagram winners send us a screenshot of their post’s insights.

The rules, plainly
- Free to enter. 18+ and UK residents only. Enter as many different posts as you like; the same post counts once.
- To enter, post publicly on TikTok or Instagram Reels with #NIGHTTAKE, tag @twnty7.ldn, and show TWNTY7 in at least part of the video. That’s the entry. Dropping your link on this page is optional, but it makes sure we see it and can reach you.
- Each post counts in the round it was posted in. Rounds close Mondays at 8pm UK time; we announce the winner that Wednesday.
- We judge on points (see How we pick the winner): 1 per like, 3 per person who comments, 5 per share or save; views break a tie. If the same video is posted on TikTok and Instagram, the higher-scoring post counts. Using bots, bot farms, or bought, fake or swapped engagement (follow-for-follow, engagement groups) is an automatic disqualification, from the round and the £1,000. Our decision is final.
- £100 to the best entry each round (you can win more than one week). £1,000 to the best entry across the whole competition, with engagement counted at Mon 21 Dec, 8pm; announced Christmas Day, Fri 25 Dec 2026.
- Be decent: only film people who are happy to be filmed, no under-18s, nothing illegal or unsafe, and follow the house rules.
- We contact winners by a comment or DM on the winning post (and by email or text if you dropped your link). If there’s no reply within 7 days, we pick the next entry. Prizes are paid by bank transfer within 14 days of the winner confirming.
- We may share winning videos on our channels, credited to the creator.
- We look at public posts that use #NIGHTTAKE or tag us to run NIGHTTAKE. If you drop your link, we use your details only to run NIGHTTAKE and contact winners, and only send you marketing if you tick the box. Privacy policy.
